glitchRgbSplit

The child sampled through a glitch frame, with red and blue pulled apart inside the active bands.

Import effects from shaders/std and use effects.blurs.glitchRgbSplit.

shift is the split distance, 0–20. A transparent child stays transparent through the glitch.
