overRgb
Runs color-only steps over a paint, in order, leaving its alpha alone.
overRgb(paint: Paint, ...stages: RgbStage[]): Paint
Import noise from shaders/std and use noise.overRgb.
This is how ribbons is closed: the ribbons come out in the working color space, backToP3 brings them to display color and tonePow lifts them.
