seamlessRadialFrame

The frame noiseRays needs: a radial frame around a center prop with no visible seam.

seamlessRadialFrame(center: PropRef): LightValue

Import light from shaders/std and use light.seamlessRadialFrame.

Patterns that repeat around an angle show a line where the angle wraps. This frame carries what a part needs to hide it. Only noiseRays reads it. center is a position prop.

Parameters

NameTypeNotes
centerPropRef

Example

coverage: withFrame(seamlessRadialFrame(p('center')), noiseRays({density: p('density'), intensity: p('intensity'), spotty: p('spotty')}))

Tip. The other radial parts (glowPoint, rayLobes, featherMask) read radialFrame, not this one. Its layout is different.
