fluteHighlight

A specular highlight running along each flute, added on top of the child's color.

fluteHighlight(frame: GatherFrame, opts: {
    lightAngle: ArgSpec
    highlight: ArgSpec
    softness: ArgSpec
    color: PropRef
}): OverlayStage

Import effects from shaders/std and use effects.blurs.fluteHighlight.

lightAngle is the light's direction in degrees, 0 head-on and 90 grazing (−90 to 90). highlight (0–2) is its strength. softness (0–1) spreads the peak from pin-tight to a broad sheen. color is a color prop. Transparent parts of the child pick up no highlight.
